- I was just at the gym. There were only two other people in there, both riding stationary bikes. One of them looked like a young Richard Pryor, and the other was a fifty-something little Asian woman. Richard Pryor was listening to his Sony Walkman with gusto. Over his very heavy breathing he sang along with the music he was listening to, using words like "Yes! Yes!" "Faster! Faster!" and even barking like a dog at one point. Richard Pryor punctuated all of this with frequent punchings of the air and even self-slappings. He might have smelled a bit like alcohol. (Do drunk people often ride stationary bikes? I don't know.) I avoided the Asian lady's eye through all of this so we wouldn't accidentally share a conspiratorial smile. It's a good thing I did, because as it turns out, Richard Pryor and Asian Lady were there together! He shared his music with her by gently putting his spongy, sweat-soaked headphones on her head and yelling, "Does that fire you up?!" It did not. And she in turn brought him a rather large stack of wet paper towels so he could wipe down his bike when he was done. Sweet, really.

That was the worst visual I've had in a long time. I thank you for that! :) Sounds like a fun experience though. I love people watching.
Got my morning smile from that visual and the moonwalking. Funny llama!
oh man, those people from the moon are crazy!
