I was severely vitamin D deficient about a year and a half ago. See
here. Like a dope, I stopped taking D supplements, and now I am severely deficient again. According to the
Vitamin D Council, one should maintain a level of at least 50 ng/mL. Mine is 17 ng/mL. I feel like a breakable rock dipped in molasses. Perhaps I have rickets.

Here is a picture I bought a few days ago. If you look very closely, you might be able to see that the two personages in the picture appear to have three penises each.
