House the louse
House was very good. Managed to work in all the regular characters in a believable way, and to make parallels between the regulars and the patient. Masterful, really. I think this show has the best writing of all the TV shows right now. And the House and Wilson relationship is priceless. Even better (dare I say it?) than House and Cameron. House actually said to Wilson, "Your friendship means more to me than this patient." Funny. And about as close to sharing feelings as House ever gets. Now House has to "woo" Wilson back. Can't wait.

Picture of the day: David Boreanaz from Bones and Jennifer Morrison from House

- I am giving in and reading the last book in the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. I thought the first three were overrated. I don't like Bella, the main character; she's such a wah-wah. But I would get a kick out of seeing her stop being so mamby-pamby and turn into a vampire and rip out some throats. That would redeem her character for me, and I have a feeling it's going to happen. In fact, I've predicted the entire plot. Let's see how close I am. Ten bucks says I'm nearly spot-on. A and R say that I can't read the first three and not read the fourth. They think I will like it. Alright, alright already.
- I'm going to run my first 5K on Thanksgiving Day. Although I could run it today with some significant pain, I am going to train in the hopes of doing it more comfortably and at a respectable speed.

Fringe
- So I watched the series premiere of Fringe. A lot of people violently dislike it. I liked it well enough to watch again. It is definitely the beginning of the next generation of TV. I felt like I was watching an action movie. I loved the visual lines, the lighting, and the immensity of the buildings. The only funny part in it involved a cow. Throw a cow into anything and it becomes instantly ridiculous. There is a video about the cow on YouTube, but for some reason it won't play, and I am mad about that because I wanted to post it here. So I put a promo for the first episode in instead, below. Anyway, Fringe is kind of like the X-Files in that it involves the FBI solving paranormal mysteries and a shady X-like informant, but it is done in such a completely different, unique, J.J. Abrams way, that I don't think many will be making comparisons to the X-Files as I have just done. Maybe instead, lots of people will make the comparison, then say that they will be the only ones making the comparison, because Fringe is done in such a completely different, unique, J.J. Abrams way.

first day school
Here is Rebekah with her new haircut.
Here is Rebekah on her first day of high school.
I was so sad to hear that Don LaFontaine died. For a video I had posted about him previously, go here.
